We serve as a lean prime contractor for facilities support work—including landscaping, grounds maintenance, custodial and janitorial services, light maintenance, and tree and mulch care—so agencies have one accountable team for the entire job.

Jenkins Enterprises is led by husband‑and‑wife team Tyrell and Abby Jenkins. Tyrell leads operations, customer relations, site management and oversight, and capture and proposal processing and submission. He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a master’s degree in business from Hawaii Pacific University, played college football at Lehigh University, and served four years as a U.S. Navy-certified Master Coxswain for the USS Arizona Memorial Detachment in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. Those experiences—balancing academics, athletics, and high‑visibility military service—shaped the discipline, composure under pressure, and teamwork he brings to complex facilities contracts and demanding performance timelines.

Abby is a former England National Basketball Team member and semi‑pro standout who now channels that same competitiveness and teamwork into design, branding, and executive‑level administrative support. She leads branding and marketing strategy and execution, and assists with day‑to‑day administration, including capture and proposal processing and submission. With experience as the administrative lead for RVA Holistic PT, a woman‑owned physical therapy practice in Richmond, and specialized skill in designing, printing, and pressing custom apparel, she ensures Jenkins Enterprises presents a consistent, professional image—from uniforms in the field to the materials on a contracting officer’s desk.

Together, we combine acquisition expertise, operational discipline, and sharp branding.
